AN ORDINANCE, vacating a portion of a sewer easement in
Lot 15 of Whitney Chase North Subdivision in St. Louis County,
Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has
requested the District to vacate the portion of subject easement,
and this District has no further use for said portion,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The portion of the sewer easement
described below is hereby vacated, to wit:
That portion of a ten (10) foot easement angling in a
Northeasterly direction across Lot 15 of
Whitney Chase North from a point five (5)
feet from the South line of said Lot 15 to a
point ten (10) feet from the East line of
said Lot 15, said East line being Wensley
Road, all as recorded in Plat Book 121, Page
13 of the St. Louis County records.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted December 3, 1980.
