AN ORDINANCE, appropriating One hundred Twenty-nine
Thousand Dollars ($129,000.00) from the Operation, Maintenance and
Construction Improvement Fund of Coldwater Creek as an advancement
for the construction of storm sewers, together with repayment of
the cost of Engineering, Survey and Inspection, and miscellaneous
other costs incurred in connection with such construction project
in Subdistrict No. 408 (Lynn Haven Stormwater) Section V (S-1539,
C-761), in the City of Hazelwood, Missouri, and directing the
repayment of said advancement.
WHEREAS, the State of Missouri has agreed to contribute
one-third (1/3) of the costs of said project, upon the receipt of
such funds from said source, said money will be returned to the
Operation, Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of
Coldwater Creek, and
WHEREAS, the City of Hazelwood, Missouri has agreed to
contribute one-third (1/3) of the costs of said project; upon the
receipt of such funds from said source, said money will be
returned to the Operation, Maintenance and Construction
Improvement Fund of Coldwater Creek,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of One Hundred Twenty-nine
Thousand Dollars ($129,000.00) is hereby appropriated as an
advancement for the construction of storm sewers, together with
repayment of the cost of Engineering, Survey and Inspection, and
miscellaneous other costs incurred in connection with such
construction project in Subdistrict No. 408 (Lynn Haven
Stormwater) Section V (S-1539, C-761), in the City of Hazelwood,
Missouri.
Section Two. The officers of the District are hereby
directed to repay to the Operation, Maintenance and Construction
Improvement Fund of Coldwater Creek the amount as hereinabove
advanced as funds become available from Subdistrict No. 408 (Lynn
Haven Stormwater).
Section Three. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted December 10, 1980.
