AN ORDINANCE, confirming a contract with Bates Utility
Company, Inc. for the construction of storm sewers in Subdistrict
No. 408 (Lynn Haven Stormwater) Section V (S-1539, C-761), in the
City of Hazelwood, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The contract heretofore let by the
Executive Director to Bates Utility Company, Inc., as the lowest
responsible bidder, for the construction of storm sewers in
Subdistrict No. 408 (Lynn Haven Stormwater) Section V (S-1539,
C-761), in the City of Hazelwood, Missouri, within The
Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District, pursuant to bids received
and opened on the 14th day of November, 1980, and formally
executed on the 25th day of November, 1980, by said contractor and
by the Executive Director and the Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of
the District, in the following form:
Ord. No. 4248
is hereby confirmed.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted December 10, 1980.
