AN ORDINANCE, vacating a portion of a sewer easement in
Lot 14 of Butler Hill Estates Plat No. 6, in St. Louis County,
Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has
requested the District to vacate the portion of the subject
easement, and this District has no further use for said portion,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The portion of the sewer easement
described below is hereby vacated, to wit:
That portion of a five (5) foot easement along the
East line of Lot 14 of Block 11 of Butler
Hill Estates Plat No. 6 from the North lot
line to a point ten (10) feet from the South
lot line of said Lot 14 as recorded in Book
111, Pages 66 and 67 of the St. Louis County
records.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted December 10, 1980.
