AN ORDINANCE, establishing a subdistrict in St. Louis
County, Missouri, to be known as Subdistrict No. 498 (Twilight
Drive) of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. Pursuant to a petition of residents of
the District, there is hereby established a subdistrict of The
Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District within which sewer or
drainage facilities may be constructed, reconstructed, or improved
at the expense of the subdistrict. Such subdistrict shall be
known as Subdistrict No. 498 (Twilight Drive).
Section Two. The boundaries of Subdistrict No. 498
(Twilight Drive) shall be as follows:

TWILIGHT DRIVE
Beginning at a point in the south right-of-way line of Lindbergh
Boulevard said point being the northwest corner of Lot 1 South
Twin Subdivision, a subdivision as per plat recorded in Plat Book
62, Page 19, St. Louis County, Missouri, Recorder's Office; thence
northeastwardly 1971.98 feet to the intersection of the north
right-of-way line of Concord School Road, said point being the
southwest corner of Lot 19 of South Twin Subdivision; thence along
the north line of Concord School Road to the intersection of the
prolongation of the west property line as conveyed to Arthur A.
Kuhn, et al, by deed recorded in Book 6958, Page 1930, St. Louis
County, Missouri, Recorder's Office; thence southwardly 240 feet
more or less to the southwest corner of said property; thence
eastwardly 100 feet to the southeast corner of said property,
thence northwardly 240 feet more or less to the intersection of
the north line of Concord School Road; thence eastwardly along
Concord School Road 50 feet more or less to the southeast corner
of Lot 20 of South Twin Subdivision; thence northwardly along the
west line of Twilight Drive 219.33 feet to a point in Twilight
Drive; thence eastwardly 311.47 feet to a point in the east
property line of Lot 21 of South Twin Subdivision; thence 1442.70
feet to the southeast corner of Lot 35 in South Twin Subdivision
as recorded in Plat Book 62, Page 19, St. Louis County, Missouri,

Recorder's Office; thence south 74 degrees 27 minutes 30 seconds
east to the southeast corner of Lot 36 of South Twin Subdivision;
thence northwardly along the east property line of said Lot, 155
feet to the intersection of the south line of Lindbergh Boulevard;
thence westwardly 467 feet along Lindbergh Boulevard to the point
of beginning.
