AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Two Hundred Fifty-five
Thousand Dollars ($255,000.00) from the Operation, Maintenance
and Construction Improvement Fund of Maline Creek as an
advancement for the construction of storm sewers, together with
repayment of the cost of Engineering, Survey and Inspection, and
miscellaneous other costs incurred in connection with such
construction project in Subdistrict No. 377 (Highway 367 & Cambria
Creek - Section 5) S-1599, C-753, in the City of Moline Acres,
Missouri, and directing the repayment of said advancement.
WHEREAS, the State of Missouri has agreed to contribute
one-third (1/3) of the costs of said project, upon the receipt of
such funds from said source, said money will be returned to the
Operation, Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of Maline
Creek, and
WHEREAS, the City of Moline Acres, Missouri pursuant to
the Housing and Community Development Act of 1974, has agreed to
contribute one-third (1/3) of the costs of said project; upon the
receipt of such. funds from said source, said money will be
returned to the Operation, Maintenance and Construction
Improvement Fund of Maline Creek,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Two Hundred Fifty-five Thousand
Dollars ($255,000.00) is hereby appropriated as an advancement for
the construction of storm sewers, together with repayment of the

cost of Engineering, Survey and Inspection, and miscellaneous
other costs incurred in connection with such construction project
in Subdistrict No. 377 (Highway 367 & Cambria Creek - Section 5)
S-1599, C-753, in the City of Moline Acres, Missouri.
Section Two. The officers of the District are hereby
directed to repay to the Operation, Maintenance and Construction
Improvement Fund of Maline Creek the amount as hereinabove
advanced as funds become available from Subdistrict No. 377
(Highway 367 & Cambria Creek).
Section Three. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
