AN ORDINANCE, confirming a contract with R. V. Wagner,
Inc. for the construction of storm sewers in Subdistrict No. 377
(Highway 367 & Cambria Creek - Section 5) S-1599, C-753, in the
City of Moline Acres, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The contract heretofore let by the
Executive Director to R. V. Wagner, Inc. as the lowest responsible
bidder, for the construction of storm sewers in Subdistrict No.
377 (Highway 367 & Cambria Creek - Section 5) S-1599, C-753, in
the City of Moline Acres, Missouri, within The Metropolitan St.
Louis Sewer District, pursuant to bids received and opened on the
24th day of November, 1980, and formally executed on the 9th day
of December, 1980, by said contractor and by the Executive
Director and the Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of the District, in
the following form:

The foregoing Ordinance was adopted December 23, 1980.
