AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Nineteen Thousand Dollars
($19,000.00) from the Fee Fee Connection Charges Account to be
used for the construction of sanitary sewers, together with
repayment of expenses incurred by the District in connection with
such construction project known as Subdistrict No. 536 (Topping
Lane - Southwest).
WHEREAS, the District shall pay Eleven Thousand Dollars
($11,000.00) for the outfall portion of said project, and
WHEREAS, the real property owners in such Subdistrict
have agreed to pay to the District Eight Thousand Dollars
($8,000.00) for the remaining portion of the costs of said
project, and have contracted with Midwest Piping Contractors, Inc.
to install a certain sewer system within and for such Subdistrict,
and WHEREAS, upon satisfactory completion of such
project, the District is to pay over to such contractor from such
funds, its installation cost, retain in its Fee Fee Connection
Charges Account its incurred expenses, and return any unexpended
balance to the contributors thereof, pro rata,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Nineteen Thousand Dollars
($19,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Fee Fee Connection
Charges Account to be used for the construction of sanitary
sewers, together with repayment of expenses incurred by the
District in connection with such construction project known as

Subdistrict No. 536 (Topping Lane - Southwest), and return any
unused portion thereof to the contributors, pro rata.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted December 23, 1980.
