HomeMy Public PortalAbout04262 O R D I N A N C E NO. 4262 AN ORDINANCE, amending Section Two of Ordinance No. 4112, adopted August 13, 1980, and revising the boundaries of Subdistrict No. 525 (Sunset Drive) of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT: Section One. Ordinance No. 4112, adopted August 13, 1980, is hereby amended by revising the boundaries of Subdistrict No. 525 (Sunset Drive), as set forth in Section Two thereof, to include an area described as follows: The real property conveyed to Edward John Powers, Jr. and Patricia M. Powers, his wife, by deed recorded in Deed Book 4315, Page 314 of the St. Louis County, Missouri records, excluding therefrom a twenty-five (25) feet wide strip along the southeastern boundary thereof for a proposed road. for the reason that the Board of Trustees, pursuant to an engineering investigation, finds that such additional area can be served adequately and effectively by its inclusion in said Subdistrict No. 525. Section Two. Section Two of said Ordinance No. 4112 as hereby amended, shall read as follows: "Section Two. The boundaries of Subdistrict No.525 (Sunset Drive) shall be as follows: 2 SUNSET DRIVE Beginning at a point in the southern right-of-way line of Kennerly Road at its intersection with the Northwestern property line of the property conveyed to William J. Watson and Viola A. Watson, his wife, by deed recorded in Deed Book 2915, Page 609 of the St. Louis County, Missouri, Records; thence southeastwardly along said right-of-way line to its intersection with the northwestern right-of-way line of Sunset Drive, 50 feet wide; thence southwestwardly along the northwestern right-of-way line of Sunset Drive to its intersection with the northwestward prolongation of the northeastern line of property conveyed to Russell J. Ohmer and Patricia Ann Ohmer, his wife, by deed recorded in Deed Book 2415, Page 332 of the St. Louis County, Missouri, Records; thence southeastwardly along said northwestward prolongation and said northeastern property line to the easternmost corner of said Ohmer property; thence southwestwardly along the southeastern line of said property to the southernmost corner of said property, also being a point on the northeastern line of property conveyed to Maurice Franklin Brigman and Dorothy Marie Brigman, his wife, by deed recorded in Deed Book 4711, Page 242, of the St. Louis County, Missouri, Records; thence southeastwardly along said northeastern property line to a point, said point being 425 feet, measured at right angle, from the northwestern right-of-way line of Sunset Drive, 50 feet wide; thence southwestwardly along a line 3 425 feet from and parallel to said northwestern line of Sunset Drive to a point on the southwestern line of property conveyed to Daniel W. Els and Norma Els, his wife, by deed recorded in Deed Book 2890, Page 437 of the St. Louis County, Missouri, Records; thence northwestwardly along the southwestern line of said property and its northward prolongation to the northwestern right-of-way line of Sunset Drive, 50 feet wide; thence southwestwardly along said northwestern line of Sunset Drive to the southwestern line of property conveyed to Edward John Powers, Jr. and Patricia Mae Powers, his wife, by deed recorded in Deed Book 4315, Page 314 of the St. Louis County, Missouri, Records; thence northwestwardly along the southwestern line of said Powers property to its westernmost corner; thence northeastwardly along the northwestern line of said Powers property and the northeastward prolongation of said property line to the point of beginning. 4 The foregoing Ordinance was adopted December 30, 1980.
