AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Thirty-one Thousand Dollars
($31,000.00) from the Operation, Maintenance and Construction
Improvement Fund of Deer Creek to be used for the construction of
storm and sanitary sewers in Wise Avenue (S-1628, C-764), in the
City of Richmond Heights, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Thirty-one Thousand Dollars
($31,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Operation,
Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of Deer Creek to be
used for the construction of storm and sanitary sewers in Wise
Avenue (S-1628, C-764), in the City of Richmond Heights, Missouri.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted December 30, 1980.
