AN ORDINANCE, confirming a contract with J. H. Berra
General Construction, Inc. for the construction of storm and
sanitary sewers in Wise Avenue (S-1628, C-764), in the City of
Richmond Heights, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The contract heretofore let by the
Executive Director to J. H. Berra General Construction, Inc., as
the lowest responsible bidder, for the construction of storm and
sanitary sewers in Wise Avenue (S-1628, C-764), in the City of
Richmond Heights, Missouri, within The Metropolitan St. Louis
Sewer District, pursuant to bids received and opened on the 11th
day of December, 1980, and formally executed on the 16th day of
December, 1980, by said contractor and by the Executive Director
and the Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of the District, in the
following form:

The foregoing Ordinance was adopted December 30, 1980.
