AN ORDINANCE, vacating a sewer easement in Lot 9 of
Shepherd Valley Subdivision, in St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has agreed to
grant to the District a suitable alternate easement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sewer easement described below is
hereby vacated, to wit:
That easement in Lot 9 of Shepherd Valley Subdivision
as recorded in Book 7291 Page 984 of the St.
Louis County records.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted December 30, 1980.
