HomeMy Public PortalAbout04266 O R D I N A N C E NO. 4266 AN ORDINANCE, vacating portions of sewer easements in Lots 10 and 14 of the Resubdivision of Lots 3, 4 and 5 of Bellerive Executive Park Plat One in St. Louis County, Missouri. WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has requested the District to vacate the portions of the subject easements, and this District has no further use for said portions, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT: Section One. The portions of the sewer easements described below are hereby vacated, to wit: A tract of land being part of Lot 10 as shown on the boundary adjustment plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 170 page 100 of the St. Louis County records in Township 45 North-Range 5 East, St. Louis County, Missouri and being more particularly described as: Beginning at a point on the South line of said Lot 10; said beginning point being distant North 88 degrees 56 minutes 30 seconds West 20 feet from the intersection of said South line with the West line of Mason Road, as widened; thence Westwardly along said South line North 88 degrees 56 minutes 30 seconds West 195.62 feet to a point; thence North 9 degrees 27 minutes 44 seconds East 4.20 feet to a point; thence North 73 degrees 04 minutes 21 seconds East 48.08 feet to a point; thence South 84 degrees 17 minutes 22 seconds East 10.05 feet to a point; thence North 49 degrees 58 minutes 11 seconds East 32.65 feet to a point; thence North 7 degrees 45 minutes 55 seconds East 22.20 feet to a point; 2 thence North 53 degrees 07 minutes 48 seconds West 10 feet to a point; thence North 4 degrees 45 minutes 49 seconds East 72.25 feet to a point; thence North 0 degrees 52 minutes 54 seconds West 23.03 feet to a point; thence along a curve to the left whose radius point bears North 5 degrees 56 minutes 58 seconds East 553.40 feet from the last mentioned point, a distance of 29.83 feet to a point; thence South 88 degrees 56 minutes 30 seconds East 71.51 feet to a point; thence along a curve to the right whose radius point bears South 1 degree 03 minutes 30 seconds West 28 feet from the last mentioned point, a distance of 15.83 feet to a point; thence South 1 degree 03 minutes 30 seconds West 156.57 feet to the point of beginning. According to calculations by Volz Engineering and Surveying, Inc., September 4, 1980 A tract of land being part of Lot 14 as shown on the boundary adjustment plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 170 page 100 of the St. Louis County records in Township 45 North-Range 5 East, St. Louis County, Missouri and being more particularly described as: Beginning at a point on the North line of said Lot 14; said beginning point being distant North 88 degrees 56 minutes 30 seconds West 20 feet from the intersection of the said North line of Lot 14 with the West line of Mason Road, as widened; thence South 1 degree 03 minutes 30 seconds West 168.57 feet to a point; thence North 88 degrees 56 minutes 30 seconds West 15.79 feet to a point; thence North 75 degrees 19 minutes 25 seconds West 43.42 feet to a point; thence North 8 degrees 20 minutes 38 seconds West 3 75.80 feet to a point; thence North 57 degrees 59 minutes 41 seconds West 28.30 feet to a point; thence South 61 degrees 23 minutes 22 seconds West 37.59 feet to a point; thence North 52 degrees 07 minutes 30 seconds West 11.40 feet to a point; thence South 53 degrees 07 minutes 48 seconds West 15.00 feet to a point; thence North 44 degrees 27 minutes 16 seconds West 74.25 feet to a point; thence North 9 degrees 27 minutes 44 seconds East 38.38 feet to a point on the aforesaid North line of Lot 14; thence Eastwardly along said North line South 88 degrees 56 minutes 30 seconds East 195.62 feet to the point of beginning.
