AN ORDINANCE, confirming a contract with Bennish &
Bommarito Construction Company, Inc. for the construction of storm
sewers in Leith-Bobb (S-1478, C-765), in the City of Berkeley,
Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The contract heretofore let by the
Executive Director to Bennish & Bommarito Construction Company,
Inc. as the lowest responsible bidder, for the construction of
storm sewers in Leith-Bobb (S-1478, C-765), in the City of
Berkeley, Missouri, within The Metropolitan St Louis Sewer
District, pursuant to bids received and opened on the 15th day of
December, 1980, and formally executed on the 22nd day of December,
1980, by said contractor and by the Executive Director and the
Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of the District, in the following
form:
Ord. No. 4268
is hereby confirmed.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted January 7, 1981.
