AN ORDINANCE, making a supplemental appropriation of Six
Hundred Twenty and 88/100 Dollars ($620.88) from the Operation,
Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of Maline Creek to
be used for the additional costs in the construction of storm
sewers in Havenbrook - 3334 (S-1572, C-752), in the City of St.
John, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Six Hundred Twenty and 88/100
Dollars ($620.88) is hereby appropriated from the Operation,
Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of Maline Creek to
be used for the additional costs in the construction of storm
sewers in Havenbrook 3334 (S-1572, C-752), in the City of St.
John, Missouri.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted January 7, 1981.
