AN ORDINANCE, vacating portions of sewer easements in
Lots 4 and 5 of Clay-Lind Estates, in the City of Ladue, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has requested
this District to vacate such portions of the subject easements,
and this District has no further use for such portions of the
subject easements,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The following described portion of the
easements are hereby vacated, to wit:
The easternmost one hundred thirty-two feet (132) feet of the
five (5) foot easements along the South line of Lot 4
and the North line of Lot 5 of Clay-Lind Estates as
recorded in Plat Book 61 Page 25 of the St. Louis
County records.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted January 14, 1981.
