AN ORDINANCE, transferring and appropriating from their
respective unappropriated balances the sums of Ninety-three
Thousand Three Hundred Forty-four and 74/100 Dollars ($93,344.74)
from the Operation, Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund
of Coldwater Creek; One Thousand Six Hundred Sixty-three and
48/100 Dollars ($1,663.48) from the Operation, Maintenance and
Construction Improvement Fund of Deer Creek; Twelve Thousand Seven
Hundred Sixty-eight and 26/100 Dollars ($12,768.26) from the
Operation, Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of
Gravois Creek; Six Thousand Eighty-eight and 17/100 Dollars
($6,088.17) from the Operation, Maintenance and Construction
Improvement Fund of Subdistrict No. One of the River des Peres
Watershed (Creve Coeur - Frontenac Area); Twenty-six Thousand Two
Hundred Forty-seven and 83/100 Dollars ($26,247.83) from the
Operation, Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of
Clayton Central, and Forty-seven Thousand Nine Hundred Forty-eight
and 56/100 Dollars ($47,948.56) from the Mississippi River
Operating Fund to the General Fund of the District to repay such
sums as were advanced as costs of Engineering, Survey and
Inspection, and miscellaneous other costs by the General Fund of
the District during fiscal year 1979-1980.
WHEREAS, during fiscal year 1979-1980 the cost of
Engineering, Survey and Inspection, and miscellaneous other costs
were incurred by the General Fund of the District on behalf of and
in support of the District's construction program, and the
District's share of the cost of such construction projects was
borne respectively by the various Operation, Maintenance and
Construction Improvement Funds as set forth herein; and
WHEREAS, such Operation, Maintenance and Construction
Improvement Funds have not been authorized by their respective
appropriation ordinances adopted during fiscal year 1979-1980 to
repay the General Fund of the District for such sums advanced,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. There are hereby transferred and
appropriated out of the unappropriated balances of the several
funds of the District to the General Fund of the District the sum
hereinafter detailed to repay sums advanced as costs of
Engineering, Survey and Inspection, and miscellaneous other costs
by the General Fund of the District during fiscal year 1979-1980. Operation, Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of Coldwater Creek $93,344.74 Operation, Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of Deer Creek 1,663.48 Operation, Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of Gravois Creek 12,768.26 Operation, Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of Subdistrict No. One of the River des Peres Watershed (Creve Coeur - Frontenac Area) 6,088.17 Operation, Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of (Clayton Central) 26,247.83 Mississippi River Operating Fund 47,948.56 Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted January 28, 1981.
