AN ORDINANCE, confirming a contract with Diversified
Asphalts, Inc. for the removal and replacement of concrete
pavement in Maintenance Paving Contract (S-1690, C-769), at
various locations in The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District
service area.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The contract heretofore let by the
Executive Director to Diversified Asphalts, Inc., as the lowest
responsible bidder, for the removal and replacement of concrete
pavement in Maintenance Paving Contract (S-1690, C-769), at
various locations in The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District
service area, pursuant to bids received and opened on the 5th day
of January, 1981, and formally executed on the 13th day of
January, 1981, by said contractor and by the Executive Director
and the Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of the District, in the
following form:
Ord. No. 4275
is hereby confirmed.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted January 28, 1981.
