AN ORDINANCE confirming a contract with Midwest Piping
Contractors, Inc. for the construction of storm sewers in
Brigadoon No. 186 (S-1540, C-771), in Glasgow Village, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The contract heretofore let by the
Executive Director to Midwest Piping Contractors, Inc., as the
lowest responsible bidder, for the construction of storm sewers in
Brigadoon No. 186 (S-1540, C-771), in Glasgow Village, Missouri,
within The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District, pursuant to bids
received and opened on the 6th day of January, 1981, and formally
executed on the 13th day of January, 1981, by said contractor and
by the Executive Director and the Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of
the District, in the following form:
is hereby confirmed.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted January 28, 1981.
