AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Eleven Thousand Six Hundred
Ninety-six and 34/100 Dollars ($11,696.34) from the General Fund
of the District for the construction of storm sewers in Essen
Lane, in the City of Ballwin, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the amount hereby appropriated represents the
contribution of the State of Missouri toward said construction,
said amount having been deposited with the District,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Eleven Thousand Six Hundred
Ninety-six and 34/100 Dollars ($11,696.34) is hereby appropriated
from the General Fund of the District for the construction of
storm sewers in Essen Lane, in the City of Ballwin, Missouri.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted February 11, 1981.
