AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Seventeen Thousand One
Hundred Seventy-two and 28/100 Dollars ($17,172.28) from the
General Fund of the District for the construction of storm sewers
in Fishpot Creek - North of Manchester, in the City of Ellisville,
Missouri.
WHEREAS, the amount hereby appropriated represents the
contribution of the State of Missouri toward said construction,
said amount having been deposited with the District,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Seventeen Thousand One Hundred
Seventy-two and 28/100 Dollars ($17,172.28) is hereby appropriated
from the General Fund of the District for the construction of
storm sewers in Fishpot Creek - North of Manchester, in the City
of Ellisville, Missouri.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted February 11, 1981.
