AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Three Hundred Ten Thousand
Dollars ($310,000.00) from the Emergency Fund for emergency sewer
repairs, together with repayment of the cost of Engineering,
Survey and Inspection, and miscellaneous other costs incurred in
connection with such project on Penrose Avenue at Grand Boulevard
(S-1724, C-779), in the City of St. Louis, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Three Hundred Ten Thousand
Dollars ($310,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Emergency
Fund for emergency sewer repairs, together with repayment of the
cost of Engineering, Survey and Inspection, and miscellaneous
other costs incurred in connection with such project on Penrose
Avenue at Grand Boulevard (S-1724, C-779), in the City of St.
Louis, Missouri.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted February 11, 1981.
