AN ORDINANCE confirming a contract with Christian
Contracting, Inc. for emergency sewer repairs on Penrose
Avenue at Grand Boulevard (S-1724, C-779), in the City of St.
Louis, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The contract heretofore let by the
Executive Director to Christian Contracting, Inc. as the lowest
responsible bidder for emergency sewer repairs on Penrose Avenue at
Grand Boulevard (S-1724, C-779), in the City of St. Louis,
Missouri, within The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District,
pursuant to bids received and opened on the 10th day of February,
1981, and formally executed on the 10th day of February, 1981, by
said contractor and by the Executive Director and the Secretary-
Treasurer on behalf of the District, in the following form:
is hereby confirmed.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted February 11, 1981.
