HomeMy Public PortalAbout04286 O R D I N A N C E NO. 4286 AN ORDINANCE, establishing a subdistrict in St. Louis County, Missouri, to be known as Subdistrict No. 511 (Lindbergh Terrace Addition) of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT: Section One. Pursuant to a petition of residents of the District, there is hereby established a subdistrict of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District within which sewer or drainage facilities may be constructed, reconstructed, or improved at the expense of the subdistrict. Such Subdistrict shall be known as Subdistrict No. 511 (Lindbergh Terrace Addition). Section Two. The boundaries of Subdistrict No. 511 (Lindbergh Terrace Addition) shall be as follows: (SEE NEXT PAGE) Ordinance No. 4286 LINDBERGH TERRACE ADDITION Beginning at a point in the south right-of-way line of Missouri State Highway I-270 at its intersection with the east property line of lot 26 of Lindbergh Terrace Addition recorded in plat book 71, page 23 of the St. Louis County recorder's office; thence southwardly and westwardly along the eastern and southern property line of Lindbergh Terrace Addition to the most eastern corner of lot 15 of Lindbergh Terrace Addition; thence southwardly along a line perpendicular to the south line of Lindbergh Terrace Addition a distance of one hundred feet to a point; thence westwardly along a line one hundred feet south of and parallel to the south line of Lindbergh Terrace Addition to a point in the east property line of the property conveyed to Raymond H. Edinger and Lavinia Edinger, his wife, by deed recorded in deed book 2141, page 239 of the St. Louis County recorder's office; thence northwardly along the east property line of the aforesaid Edinger property a distance of one hundred feet to a point in the south line of Lindbergh Terrace Addition; thence westwardly and northwardly along the southern and western lines of Lindbergh Terrace Addition to a point in the south line of the Missouri State Highway I-270 right-of-way; thence eastwardly along the south right-of-way line of Highway I- 270 to the point of beginning. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted February 18, 1981.
