AN ORDINANCE, vacating a portion of a sewer easement in
U. S. Survey 167, Township 46 North, Range 6 East, in St. Louis
County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has
requested the District to vacate the portion of the subject
easement, and this District has no further use for said portion,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The portion of the sewer easement
described below is hereby vacated, to wit:
Commencing at the Northeast corner of property acquired by Ollie
Mae Mitchell by deed recorded in Book 1645, Page 111 of
said records; thence North 7 degrees 53 minutes 30
seconds East 40 feet to the North line of the easement
described in Book 5303, Page 303; thence North 82
degrees 36 minutes West 7.75 feet along said line to
the point of beginning of this particular description;
thence on a curve to the Northwest having a radius of
42.83 feet a length of 40.79 feet, delta of 54 degrees
34 minutes 06 seconds East (South 70 degrees 07 minutes
West 39.27 feet on its chord) to a point of tangency;
thence North 82 degrees 36 minutes West 67.33 feet to a
point; thence North 10 degrees 56 minutes 40 seconds
East 18.03 feet to a point in the North line of
easement described in Book 5303, Page 303; thence South
82 degrees 36 minutes East 101.16 feet to the point of
beginning.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted February 25, 1981.
