AN ORDINANCE confirming a contract with Fred M. Luth &
Sons, Inc. for the construction of inlets and manholes in
Maintenance Repairs Number Five (S-1678, C-770), in St. Louis
County, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The contract heretofore let by the
Executive Director to Fred M. Luth & Sons, Inc., as the lowest
responsible bidder, for the construction of inlets and manholes in
Maintenance Repairs Number Five (S-1678, C-770), in St. Louis
County, Missouri, within The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer
District, pursuant to bids received and opened on the 30th day of
January, 1981, and formally executed on the 10th day of February,
1981, by said contractor and by the Executive Director and the
Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of the District, in the following
form:
is hereby confirmed.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted February 25, 1981.
