AN ORDINANCE, awarding a contract to St. Paul Insurance
Company (Arthur J. Gallagher & Co., agent) for the District's
Employee Benefit Programs Liability Insurance coverage from March
8, 1981 to March 8, 1984.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The St. Paul Insurance Company, which has
submitted the lowest bid to the District for its Employee Benefit
Program Liability Insurance, with a limit of One Million Dollars
($1,000,000.00) for each claim, Three Million Dollars
($3,000,000.00) annual aggregate and with a deductible amount of
One Thousand Dollars ($1,000.00) per occurrence for three years at
and for a premium of One Thousand Thirty-two Dollars ($1,032.00),
is hereby awarded the contract for such liability insurance
coverage from March 8, 1981 to March 8, 1984.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted February 25, 1981.
