AN ORDINANCE, awarding a contract to the National Union
Fire Insurance Company for the District's Public Official
Liability insurance coverage from March 8, 1981 to March 8, 1982.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The National Union Fire Insurance Company
which has submitted the lowest responsive bid to the District for
its Public Official Liability Insurance, with an annual aggregate
coverage of Two Million Dollars ($2,000,000.00), and with a
deductible amount of Fifteen Thousand Dollars ($15,000.00) per
loss, for one year, at and for a premium of Eleven Thousand Eight
Hundred Fifteen Dollars ($11,815.00), is hereby awarded the
contract for such liability insurance coverage from March 8, 1981
to March 8, 1982.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted March 4, 1981.
