AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Fifty-eight Thousand
Dollars ($58,000.00) from the General Fund of the District as an
advancement for the construction of sanitary sewers, together with
repayment of the cost of Engineering, Survey and Inspection, and
miscellaneous other costs incurred in connection with such
construction project, in Subdistrict No. 525 (Sunset Drive) C-775,
in St. Louis County, Missouri, and providing for repayment of said
advancement.
WHEREAS, proceedings have been taken for the
construction of sanitary sewers in Subdistrict No. 525 (Sunset
Drive) C-775, to be paid for by special tax bills or other
evidence of special benefit assessments upon the land benefited by
such improvement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Fifty-eight Thousand Dollars
($58,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the General Fund of the
District to be used as an advancement for the construction of
sanitary sewers, together with repayment of the cost of
Engineering, Survey and Inspection, and miscellaneous other costs
incurred in connection with such construction project, in
Subdistrict No. 525 (Sunset Drive) C-775, in St. Louis County,
Missouri, pending payment into the General Fund of the District of
the costs hereby advanced from cash payments in aid from any
source and from the proceeds of collection of special benefit
assessments levied, or special tax bills issued, to pay such
costs.
Section Two. The anticipated payments, together with
any interest earned shall be paid into the General Fund of the
District.
Section Three. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted March 11, 1981.
