AN ORDINANCE, amending Ordinance No. 4250, as adopted
December 17, 1980, by repealing Sections Two, Five, and Twelve,
and enacting new Sections Two and Twelve in lieu thereof,
establishing those positions that comprise the Unclassified
Service of the District, and amending the salary of the Director
of personnel; and further amending said Ordinance No. 4250 by
adding Sections, Thirteen and Fourteen thereto, prescribing the
salaries of the Director of Administration and the Director of
Human Resources, respectively.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METRO-
POLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. Section Two of Ordinance No. 4250, as
adopted December 17, 1980, is hereby repealed.
Section Two. Section Five of Ordinance No. 4250, as
adopted December 17, 1980, is hereby repealed.
Section Three. Section Twelve of Ordinance No. 4250,
as adopted December 17, 1980, is hereby repealed.
Section Four. Section Two of Ordinance No. 4250 as
amended shall read as follows:
"Section Two. The Unclassified Service of The Metro-
politan St. Louis Sewer District shall be comprised of the
positions of Executive Director, Assistant Executive Director and
General Counsel, Director of Wastewater, Director of Engineering,
Director of Maintenance, Secretary-Treasurer, Director of
Finance, Director of Legal Services, Director of Personnel,
Director of Administration, and Director of Human Resources, and
these positions are hereby established, and their salaries shall
be set out in the following sections of this Ordinance."
Section Five. Section Twelve of Ordinance No. 4250 as
amended shall read as follows:
"Section Twelve. Effective for the pay period
beginning February 23, 1981, the salary of the Director of
personnel shall be at the rate of $30,000.00 per annum, payable in
equal bi-weekly installments."
Section Six. Section Thirteen of Ordinance No. 4250 as
amended is hereby added, and shall read as follows:
"Section Thirteen. Effective for the pay period
beginning February 23, 1981, the salary of the Director of
Administration shall be at the rate of $36,500.00 per annum,
payable in equal bi-weekly installments.
Section Seven. Section Fourteen of Ordinance No. 4250
as amended is hereby added, and shall read as follows:
"Section Fourteen. Effective for the pay period
beginning February 23, 1981, the salary of the Director of Human
Resources shall be at the rate of $30,000.00 per annum, payable in
equal bi-weekly installments."
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted March 11, 1981.
