AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Twenty-seven Thousand
Dollars ($27,000.00) from the General Fund of the District to
supplement funds previously budgeted for the purchase of two (2)
Tilt Cab Trucks with Inlet Cleaning Machines, Contract Letting No.
70.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Twenty-seven Thousand Dollars
($27,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the General Fund of the
District to supplement funds previously budgeted for the purchase
of two (2) Tilt Cab Trucks with Inlet Cleaning Machines, Contract
Letting No. 70.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted March 11, 1981.
