AN ORDINANCE confirming a contract with C. Rallo
Contracting Co., Inc. and Fred Weber, Inc., a joint venture, for
the construction of Lemay Wastewater Treatment Plant Final
Settling Tanks, Blower and Thickener Building, Electric Substation
and Site Development, Contract PA-63, in St. Louis, County,
Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The contract heretofore let by the
Executive Director to C. Rallo Contracting Co., Inc. and Fred
Weber, Inc., a joint venture, as the lowest responsible bidder,
for the construction of Lemay Wastewater Treatment Plant Final
Settling Tanks. Blower and Thickener Building, Electric Substation
and Site Development, Contract PA-63, in St. Louis County,
Missouri, within The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District,
pursuant to bids received and opened on the 18th day of December
1980, and formally executed on the 24th day of February, 1981, by
said contractors and by the Executive Director and the Secretary-
Treasurer on behalf of the District, in the following form:
is hereby confirmed. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted March 11, 1981.
