AN ORDINANCE, authorizing and directing the Executive
Director and Secretary Treasurer on behalf of The
Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to lease from the City of
St. Louis, Missouri, certain real property of the City located in
Block 2450 of the City of St. Louis, Missouri, for use as boat
storage and docking facilities.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Executive Director and Secretary-
Treasurer are hereby authorized and directed on behalf of The
Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to lease from the City of
St. Louis, Missouri, certain real property of the City located in
Block 2450 of the City of St. Louis, Missouri, for use as boat
storage and docking facilities.
Section Two. The lease shall be for an original term
of five (5) years, with an annual rental rate of Two Thousand Five
Hundred Thirty and 30/100 Dollars ($2,530.30).
Section Three. The Executive Director and Secretary-
Treasurer are hereby authorized and directed on behalf of The
Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to execute a Lease Agreement
giving effect to Sections One and Two of this Ordinance, and
embodying such other terms and conditions as are approved by the
Director of Legal Services of the District.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted March 11, 1981.
