AN ORDINANCE confirming a contract with Jim Noonan
Contracting Company for the construction of storm sewers in
Subdistrict No. 89 (Loretta-Joplin, Arlee-Luna) S-1707, C-774, in
St. Louis County, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The contract heretofore let by the
Executive Director to Jim Noonan Contracting Company as the lowest
responsible bidder, for the construction of storm sewers in
Subdistrict No. 89 (Loretta-Joplin, Arlee-Luna) S-1707, C-774, in
St. Louis County, Missouri, within The Metropolitan St. Louis
Sewer District, pursuant to bids received and opened on the 16th
day of February, 1981 and formally executed on the 10th day of
March, 1981, by said contractor and by the Executive Director and
the Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of the District, in the
following form:
is hereby confirmed.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted March 25, 1981.
