AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Seventeen Thousand Three
Hundred Dollars ($17,300.00) from the Operation, Maintenance and
Construction Improvement Fund of Subdistrict No. Seven of the
River des Peres Watershed (Wellston Area) to be used for the
construction of sanitary sewers in Bartmer & Acme (S-1472, C-777),
in the City of Wellston, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Seventeen Thousand Three
Hundred Dollars ($17,300.00) is hereby appropriated from the
Operation, Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of
Subdistrict No. Seven of the River des Peres Watershed (Wellston
Area) to be used for the construction of sanitary sewers in
Bartmer & Acme (S-1472, C-777), in the City of Wellston, Missouri.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted March 25, 1981.
