AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Fifteen Thousand Dollars
($15,000.00) from the General Fund of the District to the
Assistant Executive Director and General Counsel Department
(Professional Services Account)for data acquisition and expert
testimony necessary for the District's intervention in the Union
Electric rate case pending before the Public Service Commission of
the State of Missouri.
WHEREAS, the District requires specialized consulting
assistance for said data acquisition and testimony,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Fifteen Thousand Dollars
($15,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the General Fund of the
District to the Assistant Executive Director and General Counsel
Department (Professional Services Account) for data acquisition
and expert testimony necessary for the District's intervention in
the Union Electric rate case pending before the Public Service
Commission of the State of Missouri.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted March 25, 1981.
