AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Seven Thousand Dollars
($7,000.00) from the General Fund of the District for the
execution of Phase 1 of three phases of the District's Energy
Management Plan.
WHEREAS, Phase 1 involves the formation of a Steering
Committee for the implementation of said plan,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Seven Thousand Dollars
($7,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the General Fund of the
District for the execution of Phase 1 of three phases of the
District's Energy Management Plan.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted March 25, 1981.
