HomeMy Public PortalAbout04317 O R D I N A N C E NO. 4317 AN ORDINANCE, amending Section Two of Ordinance No. 4196, adopted October 22, 1980, and revising the boundaries of Subdistrict No. 491 (Yaeger & Hollow Oak) of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT: Section One. Ordinance No. 4196, adopted October 22, 1980, is hereby amended by revising the boundaries of Subdistrict No. 491 (Yaeger & Hollow Oak), as set forth in Section Two thereof, to include an area described as follows: Beginning at the southeast corner of a tract of land conveyed to Mark M. Stobie and Michelle A. Stobie, his wife, recorded in Deed Book 6918, Page 2010 of the St . Louis County Recorder's office, thence northwardly along the eastern property line of said property a distance of 113 feet to a point, thence westwardly along a line parallel to the southern property line of said property to a point in the western property line of said property, thence southwardly along the western property line to the southwest corner of said property, thence eastwardly along the southern property line to the point of beginning. for the reason that the Board of Trustees, pursuant to an engineering investigation, finds that such additional area can be served adequately and effectively by its inclusion in said Subdistrict No. 491. Section Two. Section Two of said Ordinance No. 4196 as hereby amended, shall read as follows: "Section Two. The boundaries of Subdistrict No. 491 (Yaeger & Hollow Oak) shall be as follows: YAEGER & HOLLOW OAK Beginning at the southeast corner of a tract of land conveyed to Mark M. Stobie and Michelle A. Stobie, his wife, recorded in Deed Book 6918, Page 2010 of the St. Louis County Recorder's office, thence northwardly along the eastern property line of said property a distance of 113 feet to a point, thence westwardly along a line parallel to the southern property line of said property to a point in the western property line of said property, thence southwardly along the western property line to the southwest corner of said property, thence westwardly along the western prolongation of the southern property line of said property to a point in the eastern property line of the property conveyed to Daniel R. McGuire and Nance Lee McGuire, his wife, by deed recorded in Deed Book 6766, Page 1499 of the St. Louis County Recorder's office; thence northwardly along the eastern property line of the aforementioned property to a point distant 352.5 feet from the centerline of Yaeger Road, 80 feet wide; thence westwardly and parallel to the center line of Yaeger Road a distance of 120 feet; thence southwardly along a line perpendicular to the centerline of Yaeger Road to its intersection with said centerline; thence eastwardly along the centerline of Yaeger Road to its intersection with the southern prolongation of the eastern property line of the Mark M. Stobie and Michelle A. Stobie property aforementioned; thence northwardly along the prolongation of the eastern property line of the aforementioned property to the point of beginning. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted April 1, 1981.
