AN ORDINANCE confirming a contract with J. H. Berra
Construction, Inc. for the construction of storm sewers in
Subdistrict No. 376 (Champlin Branch - Phase 1 - Section II) S-
558, C-773, in the City of Dellwood, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The contract heretofore let by the
Executive Director to J. H. Berra Construction, Inc., as the
lowest responsible bidder, for the construction of storm sewers in
Subdistrict No. 376 (Champlin Branch - Phase 1 - Section II) S-
558, C-773), in the City of Dellwood, Missouri, within The
Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District, pursuant to bids received
and opened on the 12th day of March, 1981, and formally executed
on the 24th day of March, 1981, by said contractor and by the
Executive Director and the Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of the
District, in the following form:
is hereby confirmed.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted April 8, 1981.
