AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Sixty-one Thousand Eight
Hundred Dollars ($61,800.00) from the Mississippi River
Subdistrict Operating Fund to be used for the construction of
combination sewers, together with repayment of the cost of
Engineering, Survey and Inspection, and miscellaneous other costs
incurred in connection with such construction project in College &
Garesche (S-1541, C-785), in the City of Jennings, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the State of Missouri has agreed to contribute
one-third (1/3) of the total costs of said project; upon the
receipt of such funds from said source, said money will be
returned to the Mississippi River Subdistrict Operating Fund, and
WHEREAS, the City of Jennings, Missouri has agreed to
contribute one-third (1/3) of the total costs of said project;
upon the receipt of such funds from said source, said money will
be returned to the Mississippi River Subdistrict Operating Fund,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Sixty-one Thousand Eight
Hundred Dollars ($61,800.00) is hereby appropriated from the
Mississippi River Subdistrict Operating Fund to be used for the
construction of combination sewers, together with repayment of the
cost of Engineering, Survey and Inspection, and miscellaneous
other costs incurred in connection with such construction project
in College & Garesche (S-1541, C-785), in the City of Jennings,
Missouri.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted April 8, 1981.
