WHEREAS, the contract work for which the funds were
appropriated by said Ordinance No. 4284 has been terminated,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. Ordinance No. 4284, as adopted February
11, 1981, is hereby repealed.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted April 8, 1981.
