AN ORDINANCE, authorizing the Executive Director and
Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer
District to enter into Contract E-330 with CH2M-Hill Central,
Inc./Havens and Emerson, Inc., a Joint Venture, for District-wide
program Management Services (part of Federal Project No. C-
290875), upon the acceptance by the District of grant offers of
financial assistance from the United States Environmental
Protection Agency and the Missouri Department of Natural
Resources.
WHEREAS, The District requires specialized consulting
assistance for said services, and
WHEREAS, the District has made applications to the
United States Environmental Protection Agency and the Missouri
Department of Natural Resources for financial Assistance for said
services,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Executive Director and Secretary-
Treasurer are hereby authorized on behalf of The Metropolitan
Sewer District to enter into Contract E-330 with CH2M-Hill
Central, Inc./Havens and Emerson, Inc., a Joint Venture, for
District-wide Program Management Services (part of Federal Project
No . C-290875), upon the acceptance by the District of grant
offers of financial assistance from the United States
Environmental Protection Agency and the Missouri Department of
Natural Resources.
Section Two. The contract authorized in Section One of
this Ordinance shall be comprised of terms and conditions as are
approved by the Assistant Executive Director and General Counsel.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted April 15, 1981.
