AN ORDINANCE confirming a contract with Midwest Piping
Contractors, Inc. for the construction of inlets and manholes in
Maintenance Repairs Number Six (S-1701, C-784), in St. Louis
County, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The contract heretofore let by the
Executive Director to Midwest Piping Contractors, Inc., as the
lowest responsible bidder, for the construction of inlets and
manholes in Maintenance Repairs Number Six (S-1701, C-784), in St.
Louis County, Missouri, within The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer
District, pursuant to bids received and opened on the 30th day of
March, 1981, and formally executed on the 7th day of April, 1981,
by said contractor and by the Executive Director and the
Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of the District, in the following
form:
is hereby confirmed.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted April 22, 1981.
