AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Twelve Thousand Five
Hundred Dollars ($12,500.00) from the Improvement Fund as an
advancement for the construction of sanitary sewers and
miscellaneous other costs incurred in connection with such
construction project, in Subdistrict No. 491 (Yaeger & Hollow Oak)
C-788, in St. Louis County, Missouri, and providing for repayment
of said advancement.
WHEREAS, proceedings have been taken for the con-
struction of sanitary sewers in Subdistrict No. 491 (Yaeger &
Hollow Oak) C-788, to be paid for by special tax bills or other
evidence of special benefit assessments upon the land benefited by
such improvement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Twelve Thousand Five Hundred
Dollars ($12,500.00) is hereby appropriated from the Improvement
Fund to be used as an advancement for the construction of sanitary
sewers and miscellaneous other costs incurred in connection with
such construction project, in Subdistrict No. 491 (Yaeger & Hollow
Oak) C-788, in St. Louis County, Missouri, pending payment into
the Improvement Fund of the costs hereby advanced from cash
payments in aid from any source and from the proceeds of
collection of special benefit assessments levied, or special tax
bills Sewer District to be used only for the payment of the
principal and interest, due or to become due, on the general
obligation bonds of Subdistrict No. 257 (Rayburn Avenue
Subtrunk).
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted April 29, 1981.
