AN ORDINANCE confirming a contract with Fred M. Luth &
Sons, Inc. for the construction of sanitary sewers in Forest Knoll
& Smizer Mill (S-1674, C-775), in the City of Fenton, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The contract heretofore let by the,
Executive Director to Fred M. Luth & Sons, Inc., as the lowest
responsible bidder, for the construction of sanitary sewers in
Forest Knoll & Smizer Mill (S-1674, C-775), in the City of Fenton,
Missouri, within The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District,
pursuant to bids received and opened on the 9th day of April,
1981, and formally executed on the 14th day of April, 1981, by
said contractor and by the Executive Director and the Secretary-
Treasurer on behalf of the District, in the following form:
is hereby confirmed.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted April 29, 1981.
