AN ORDINANCE, transferring all funds in Subdistrict No.
363 (Attucks and Tolstoi) Operation, Maintenance and Construction
Improvement Fund, and any moneys received or to be received by
said Fund to the Subdistrict No. 257 (Rayburn Avenue Subtrunk)
Principal and Interest Fund of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer
District, to be used only for the payment of the principal and
interest due or to become due on the general obligation bonds of
Subdistrict No. 257 (Rayburn Avenue Subtrunk)
WHEREAS, Subdistrict No. 363, (Attucks and Tolstoi) and
its Operation, Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund was
created to pay for its sanitary sewer system by contributions to
the Subdistrict No. 257 (Rayburn Avenue Subtrunk) Principal and
Interest Fund to help pay the principal and interest as it becomes
due on the bonds of such subdistrict,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. That the sums now in Subdistrict No. 363
(Attucks and Tolstoi) Operation, Maintenance and Construction
Improvement Fund, together with any sums to be received by such
Fund from any source, are hereby transferred to Subdistrict No.
257 (Rayburn Avenue Subtrunk) Principal and Interest Fund of The
Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District, to be used only for the
payment of the principal and interest, due or to become due, on
the general obligation bonds of Subdistrict No. 257 (Rayburn
Avenue Subtrunk).
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted April 29, 1981.
