AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Sixty-eight Thousand Six
Hundred Dollars ($68,600.00) from the General Fund of the District
to be used to purchase the materials for the summer gabion
projects.
WHEREAS, said project is a cooperative venture between
the District and real property owners, wherein the District will
supply the Engineering, Labor and Equipment, and the real property
owners will pay to the District the cost of materials,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Sixty-eight Thousand Six
Hundred Dollars ($68,600.00) is hereby appropriated from the
General Fund of the District to be used to purchase material for
the 1981 summer gabion projects.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted April 29, 1981.
