AN ORDINANCE confirming a contract with R. V. Wagner,
Inc., for the construction of storm sewers in Pallardy-Patrick
Drainage Project (S-1415, C-762), in the City of St. John,
Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The contract heretofore let by the
Executive Director to R. V. Wagner, Inc., as the lowest
responsible bidder, for the construction of storm sewers in
Pallardy-Patrick Drainage Project (S-1415, C-762), in the City of
St. John, Missouri, within The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer
District, pursuant to bids received and opened on the 13th day of
April, 1981, and formally executed on the 21st day of April, 1981,
by said contractor and by the Executive Director and the
Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of the District, in the following
form:
is hereby confirmed.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted May 6, 1981.
