AN ORDINANCE, establishing a subdistrict in St. Louis
County, Missouri, to be known as Subdistrict No. 573 (Old Trails -
Section II) of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. Pursuant to a petition of residents of
the District, there is hereby established a subdistrict of The
Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District within which sewer or
drainage facilities may be constructed, reconstructed, or improved
at the expense of the subdistrict. Such subdistrict shall be
known as Subdistrict No. 573 (Old Trails - Section II).
Section Two. The boundaries of Subdistrict No. 573
(Old Trails - Section II) shall be as follows:

OLD TRAILS - SECTION II
A tract of land in St. Louis County, Missouri, and being more
particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the northwestern corner of Lot 10 of "OLD TRAILS
ADDITION", a subdivision recorded in Plat Book 118, Pages 68 and
69 of the St. Louis County Recorder's office, said point being in
the eastern line of Twin Oaks Lane, 40 feet wide; thence
eastwardly along the northern line of said Lot 10, a distance of
209.14 feet to a point; thence southwardly along a line being
parallel to said eastern line of Twin Oak Lane, a distance of
304.46 feet to the northwestern corner of Lot 6 of said "OLD
TRAILS ADDITION"; thence southeastwardly along the northeastern
line of said Lot 6 to the northeastern corner thereof; thence
eastwardly along a line being parallel to the northern line of
"OLD TRAILS SUBD.", a subdivision recorded in Plat Book 96, Page
20 of the St. Louis County Recorder's office, a distance of 200.00
feet to a point; thence southwardly along a line being parallel to
the eastern line of Lots 5 and 6 of said "OLD TRAILS ADDITION", a
distance of 312.58 feet to the northern line of said "OLD TRAILS
SUBD."; thence westwardly along said northern line of "OLD TRAILS
SUBD." to its intersection with the northward prolongation of the
centerline of Varwig Lane, 40 feet wide; thence southwardly along
said northward prolongation and along said centerline of Varwig
Lane to its intersection with the centerline of Double "T" Lane,
40 feet wide; thence northwestwardly along said centerline of
Double "T" Lane to its intersection with the western line of said
"OLD TRAILS SUBD."; thence northwardly along said western line to
the northeastern corner of Lot 2 of the aforementioned "OLD TRAILS
ADDITION"; thence westwardly along the northern line of said Lot 2
to the northwestern corner thereof, said point being in the
eastern line of Twin Oak Lane, 40 feet wide; thence northwardly
along said eastern line of Twin Oak Lane to the point of
beginning.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted May 13, 1981.
