AN ORDINANCE, appropriating One Hundred Thirty-five
Thousand Four Hundred Fifty Dollars ($135,450.00) from the General
Fund of the District for additional engineering services relating
to the inventory and appraisal of the District's fixed assets,
pursuant to Contract No. E-258.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of One Hundred Thirty-five
Thousand Four Hundred Fifty Dollars ($135,450.00) is hereby
appropriated from the General Fund of the District for additional
engineering services relating to the inventory and appraisal of
the District's fixed assets, pursuant to Contract E-258.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted May 13, 1981.
